We keep meetings light and ownership high. All roles are contract-only for now, with solid hourly pay. Some defense-related work may require U.S. citizenship.

Open Roles

Software Engineer - FULL STACK

Do: Build features across our custom management platform, backend services, APIs, and remote IoT deployment pipelines. Write tight, clean software that runs efficiently and integrates closely with hardware systems.
Fit: You have strong systems instincts, good product and engineering taste, and make solid architecture decisions. You care about clean code, reliability, and designing systems that stay understandable as they grow.

AI Engineer

Do: Adapt models for edge hardware, build pipelines, and make AI work in real operating conditions.
Fit: You know AI/ML, but you care more about deployment than theory.

Manufacturing / Field Technician

Do: Build and prep systems in our facility, support deployments, and help get hardware working in the real world.
Fit: You’re dependable, hands-on, and comfortable switching between shop work and field work when needed.

Biz Dev – Commercial & Industrial

Do: Build partnerships, develop customer relationships, and close deals with serious operators.
Fit: You can talk tech, understand operational value, and move opportunities forward.

Biz Dev – Government / DoD

Do: Help win government and defense work, navigate procurement, and build credibility in mission-driven environments.
Fit: You understand SBIRs, procurement cycles, and how to communicate in defense settings.

Software Engineer – Low Level (C / Microcontrollers)

Do: Write firmware, work close to hardware, and squeeze performance out of constrained systems.
Fit: You know C, can debug low-level issues, and like making small systems do more than they should.
