Examples come from our incident reports and customer emails. Customer names and addresses are left out; faces, plates and signs are blurred.
Empty buildings, old ones and brand-new ones not yet leased, get stripped of copper wire, plumbing and rooftop HVAC units, usually at night. At one vacant building in Detroit, our agents have filed 124 incident reports since November 2025.
